The Low Voltage license has been renamed the Limited Energy Systems Specialty license, a Specialty Electrical license. The Low Voltage license allows electrical work with systems up to 77 volts. State certified licenses allow working anywhere within Florida, while registered licenses are valid in the issuing city or county. In addition to passing the state exam and meeting the education and experience requirements, you are required to submit both a personal and business credit report as well as both a personal and business financial statement.
